Error when trying to reply, forward, or create an email in Windows Live Mail

When I try to reply to or forward an email from Windows Live Mail, or to create a new email, I receive an error msg:

A problem occurred while trying to open this message.
A problem has occurred. Please try again.

This has been going on for about 3 days, system restore didnt do anything.
