Error when moving folders stored on ‘On My Computer’ to an IMAP account

I have Mac Outlook 2011 ver 14.4.7.

I get the following error in the image below after moving folders that are stored on 'On My Computer' to an IMAP mail account.

Also keep getting Mailbox exists in the Error log after moving folders to the IMAP account.
