I am also having the same issue! I get the same error message: This account can't be used to access Outlook.com....You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account). Yet, every time I click there, and sign in again, I repeatedly get this same message.
I am able to redirect my MSN.com emails to my exchange account but I fear for the loss (and have no access to) my MSN folders and whatever was in my inbox. This happens when I log into a different computer, and from other microsoft accounts, and with different
browsers.
I tried the above suggestions to no avail.
