Error on access my outlook from any device

hi,

my phone says that the last connection is yesterday evening 29 October 00.00 timezone Italy.

This morning I tried to access via browser from the PC but without success. my e-mail account says "an error occurred"

My account is paid and is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Please restore the mail as soon as possible.
