Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail.co.uk account.  Server Error: 4402 Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

Two days ago, the above account ceased to work. I have tried re loading windows essentials, I have used the windows essential repair mode in control panel, used virus scans and repir tools and contacted MS Helpdesk, to no avail.

Can anyone help with this other than advising to do what I have already done?
