I am not computer smart.  I have had my laptop for three years and it has worked fine.  I have windows 10.1 I believe.

the last few months I have been getting a message that outlook can not send or receive with the error code above.   I talked to Verizon (my primary email is with Verizon.net)   they tested my computer and said the problem has to do with "syncing" in the Outlook processing.    normally when I open email it takes a while and I receive the message unable to send or receive from outlook...the proceeds on with my Verizon mail.     can you help me please  Al
