Hi all,

I have started getting the above error when Windows Live Mail 2012 tries to compact the database on exit.  I have narrowed the culprit down to my .live.com.au mail account, when I turn off "Include this account when receiving" with that account it works fine.  If I set Live Mail to offline mode it also works fine.

I have 4 accounts set up, including live mail, they are all set up to include when receiving and do not cause problems.

Therefore the problem is that a process is keeping a file in the store folder open when online or when my live mail account is set to be included when receiving mail.

How can I resolve this?  I tried moving the store to another folder via the process in Live Mail, but that did not resolve the issue.  I am running Win 10 but need to keep my emails local and not on a MS or other ISP server.  I have also removed the Win 10 mail app in case that was causing the problem.
