I am using Windows 8.1 and I can't login in my laptop because I guess my account has been closed or whatever (it is not this MS account, but an outlook.com account).  I have tried everything I can -- repeatedly tried to reset pw, but I would get the message indicated above.  I was hoping that MS would just unlock my account and if they need any more authentication from me I'll be glad to provide it.  I need to access my laptop files and Skydrive, but I'm hitting a very frustrating wall.  I tried to read through all the applicable threads, but I haven't found the solution to my problem.  Microsoft - please intervene.  Thank you.
