Hi 

Have had the above error message for last eight months or so.  I have Microsoft on a Mac, and all emails, calendars etc running though Outlook.  My email address is a hotmail address.  I have rebuilt my profile double checked the password, changed the password, the list goes on.

Numerous different pages have had the same issue however there does not seem to be a clear answer.  Is there one clear answer to resolve this issue?
