Good Day,

I recently upgraded my HP Touchsmart, 64bit computer system from Windows Home Premium to Windows 10.  When I tried to log on Windows Live Mail, I received an error message: "8004882a unable to log in at this time".  Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?  Please advise.  Thank you.
