I keep getting this error message although my camera is NOT in use by any other application. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software of the camera and of movie maker. I've looked online for answers and have found none. My webcam works with other equipment I have. PLEASE help me.

Sorry, Movie Maker can't record audio or video from the selected device. Make sure the device is installed properly and not currently in use in another program, and then try again.
