I installed Windows 10 a few days ago, and the only software I'm having a problem with is Windows Live Mail. When I try to launch it, I get the message "C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32MSVCR110.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f." Then WLM doesn't open.

What does that message mean, and what does it have to do with my inability to open WLM, and how do I get WLM back?

Please help.
