I am having a problem sending or receiving emails for my msn email account.  I am getting the errior id: o8xde00001.  I have another email set up with my windows live and I am having no issues sending/receiving. 

I have done the repair that was suggested and there is no change.   I have no issue accessing via the web.  I would rather not have to go that route.  

Any help would be great.
