Good afternoon! I'm having trouble using email. The message below appears when you try to verify the arrival of new mail. Sending messages works normally. And the messages arrive when you turn on or restart the PC, meanwhile any message after that does not arrive. "You can not send or receive messages from your account. Timeout timed out when communicating with the server. Server: 'pop.uhserver.com' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC19 Protocol: POP3 Door: 110 Secure (SSL): No " For a better understanding of the situation I put the information from the PC below. Windows 7 -Windows Live mail 2012 POP3 Incoming Server  Incoming Emails (POP3): pop.uhserver.com - Port 587 Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.uhserver.com - Port 110 Could someone tell me the ideal way to solve the problem? I'm waiting.
