one of my user's having problem when he gets arrive home he's getting error -3253"connection to the server failed or was dropped". he cannot send but he can received email.he is using mac2011 outlook.

I'm just wondering when he is in our office no problem occurred to his system but when he arrives home and send an email he cannot send and getting error -3253.
