Have Windows live mail for emails

Am using a sage accounting software and attempted to email an invoice.

It says if I want to send as HTML attachment , this will preserve format,

Click yes and

keep getting

The report could not be sent. Please check your email program.

The error code reported was 2.

If I click no and send just as text, the invoice  has some lines

not quite in the right allignment
