For a week now I have been unable to send and receive email using Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac. It happened suddenly, and I can't detect a reason for it. I've removed all emails that were trying to send (but were sent to 'draft' when they couldn't go). I've tried creating a new identity and that also doesn't work. I've tried installing fixes, they don't help (or won't install). I am receiving the same emails from my work's exchange server on my phone (so know that this is working fine). I've turned the phone off, to see if that helps, but it doesn't. 

I really need to sort this out as working through Outlook Microsoft Access is a pain.
