I am trying to set up Windows Live email from Window Essentials 2012.

When I try to sync my hotmail & outlook accounts, I receive this message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (ks------) account.

Server Error: 3219

Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'

Can you help me resolve the problem?

My computer is running on Windows 7 32 bit Professonal.
