After installing Windows Live Essentials, I have been unable to get Mail to work. It either says Error 0x80048849 or it says I need to connect to the internet ( I am). My email address is xxxx@ outlook.com.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled all of it several times with no change. I have also unchecked "check for certificate errors" as was suggested. HELP!!! it's driving me bonkers!!
