A month ago I opened Photo Gallery and go this message  Photo Gallery encountered an error and can't start.  Error code:0x80070057.  I am running windows 7 Pro on Dell Precision M4800.  I have uninstalled and re-installed Windows essentials, choosing only Photo Gallery Movie Maker option.  I have reverted to the earliest restore point I have and updated Windows Update.  Still have the issue.
