Original title: I cannot add a new Contact in Windows Life Mail.  Any suggestions on what the problems is or how to fix?

I cannot add a new Contact in Windows Life Mail.  Any suggestions on what the problems is or how to fix?  It gives me an error saying the contact information is not correct even though I have created the contact using the "Add Contact" from a received email.
