Hi, I get the copied error message every time I try to send an email.

The email address I crossed out for privacy was a utility warehouse email address, not the outlook one. It is the outlook email site that I post from, so I don't know why I get an error message about the utility warehouse.

I've looked at the community threads about similar problems to mine. The replies include instructions to go to the servers tab and to click on 'properties'. But I can't find the servers tab, or 'properties', or 'settings' when I access my windows live account.

I'd be grateful for any advice.,

laurence

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxx'.
