Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (brownenergy) account.

Everything was working fine until Jan 2 and then first one and then the other computer refused to download my brownenergy.com hotmail account.

I've removed them from both computers and re-sync'd. Worked ok for a little while and then started the error and refused to download again.

I have another Hotmail account on both computers in the Windows Live and it works fine on both. The irony of this is the one I'm having the problem with is a paid account that they just charged me for the day before the trouble. The one that's working fine is a free account! I've tried stopping the firewall but this problem exists on 2 different computers, one of which was on a different Wi-Fi network when it stopped the first time.
