Não é possível enviar nem receber mensagens para a conta Hotmail (iolfaria). Erro de Servidor: 3219 Servidor: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx' ID de Erro do Windows Live Mail: 0x8DE00005

Ate ao dia 11/08/16 conseguia aceder ao meu Windows live mail através do Windows 7 sem qql problema desde ontem  aparece esta mensagem , já removi a conta já desinstalei e voltei a instalar configurei o POP3  e nada help me............................
