Error 3204

My hotmail is working OK in a browser.
It used to work OK with Live Mail.
Then it got error 3204
I sorted this by uninstalling and then installing
This worked for a while.
Now it has gone wrong again - same message
When I uninstalled and reinstalled, it remains with the error message
So I have no emails in at all - just the heading.
