I am getting Error 3204 0x8DE20003, cannot send or receive. It began yesterday when I was unable to open Windows Live Mail.  I was able to correct this by rebooting, but I could no longer send or receive mail.   I have run Windows Live Mail Repair (WLARP) and removed messages stuck in my outbox.  I am still able to access my mail online at outlook.com.
