Hello,

I've been having some problems with starting applications from Windows Live Essentials 2012.

Whenever I try to start any of them up, this error shows:

I tried changing compatibility of the programs, installing DirectX versions, and even more

This error happens to nothing else on my computer at all.

My OS is Windows 10 Pro(x64)

I did a clean upgrade from a disc from Windows 7 professional

any suggestions to fix?

EDIT: older versions of windows Movie Maker DO work on my computer.
