Hello, I need help to fix the error (see image above) when I tried to view imported WMV clips in Windows Live MovieMaker. I can view the same clips in Windows MovieMaker 6.0, but not the LIVE version. Here are what I've tried so far but still no luck: get my Windows 10 updated; uninstall/change Windows Live Essential 2011-->Repair all Windows Live programs; as well as a few suggestions found on Youtube, but none of them work. 

I'll appreciate if anyone could give me guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance
