I have two user accounts on my PC, and Windows Live Mail works fine on one of them, but a few days ago I got error code 0x800c013e on the other, and now can not send, receive, or connect on that account.  My internet provider has worked with me and can not figure it out.  Do I uninstall WLM, and if so, how do I do that with Windows 10?
