One of my e-mail accounts has been blocked, per 0x800488FE.  If I fill in the Windows information sheets to unblock this account, listing the same user name with a different password, when I "close" the account do I lose the ability to use the same address on a "new" account?  I have used the address on the blocked account for years with hundreds of contacts, and must I inform all of them of a new address?  Help!
