So, I've been working on a project for days now and I must've spent upwards of a solid 8 hours in total. All I've been doing is cropping the clips down into the bits that I want and all the files are from the same directory. I started with nearly 4 hours worth of clips and I was down to 2 hours.  But then I add an additional file, split it and suddenly something goes wrong. I don't know what. It just froze for a second and then wouldn't play. Then when I moved my cursor over the other clips on the timeline, they just disappeared leaving a white space.

When I reopened the file this is the message that I was greeted with:

Can anyone help me try to recover this project? I would be devastated to lose it.
