I can read and send emails on my ipad but every time I sign into Hotmail on my laptop, I can't view my emails, it just stops responding, also happens when I used a friends laptop.  Both laptops use IE.

I have deleted cookies, and reset IE, and restarted the computers.  Nothing is working.
