Hello,

I contacted microsoft and found (bizarrely) they don't cover outlook.com questions over the phone. Ok.... But they redirected me to some tech company who was quick to find I have a trojan apparently that's invisible, and it'd cost money to fix and..... so while my AVG is saying 79,500+ items and counting are clean, I'm back here.

Yesterday, I was able to send emails. I might even be able to today. But I don't know because they don't show up in my Sent folder. And I have received one email miraculously, but all other emails bounce back to the sender.
I've been told it's this trojan on my end but if it's on my end and isn't there, I don't get why I can send, not receive. If it's on my end, shouldn't I be able to do the opposite?

Anyhow, please help. I need to be able to use my email account.
