In mid-May all my emails disappeared from 5/16 back to 2009. If I search individually for them I can find them fo read, but then they disappear again. I deleted account and reinstalled and anything from May forward is ok, but nothing from that black hole.  I launched Outlook and all my old emails are there.  However, I wish to access Hotmail.
