I'm having problems with incoming mail on my laptop. For the last few days no new mail is visible. As I am able to pick up my mail via my phone, I am assuming that it is a problem with the programme on the laptop. I know that I have a corrupted file causing problems somewhere, (which seems to crash the MSE scan) I don't know how to id or fix, but I'm thinking it may be something to do with Windows Live Mail, particularly as both problems have arisen at the same time.

I have been searching for a solution but can't seem to find any sort of solution. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
