My mother-in-law has a live.com address. I ntoiced that the last mail in the inbox is from 2016! How can we get this to accept incoming mail? She has an Ipad which receives more incoming than the mail which shows on the desktop. I realize this is the same address but how can we get the mail current??? thanks for your help.
