Yes, hello. I recently signed on to one of email accounts on hotmail which is now showing outlook and apparently everything, and I mean absolutely everything in there is gone. The only thing on there is a welcome email as though I'm a new user even though I've had this email since 05-06. The option to recover deleted emails has not worked, so I'd like to know how I can recover all my emails on this account which are dating back several years.
