Hey,
I just logged onto my hotmail for the first time after a long time. I couldn't remember my password so I just typed in the answer to my secret question and all me emails are gone. Please tell me there is a way to get them back. Help! In the skye storage
thing there is old photos I had and when I search up the old email addresses people sent me stuff from in the search query the names are still remembered. I really need my emails back.

I received a prompt response which I appreciate with a private message and a link. I got to see it once but didn't have time to respond. When I went back to respond a few hours later the link no longer worked, its been several days since the response and
I think the link is either broken or expired because I've tried reopening it as I said for the past few days now and on different computers and I keep getting just a static microsoft page with an image error (it won't load).
Because the original post was made private I can't respond back to the moderator either. Can a moderator please kindly inform me as to what my next steps should be.

I really hope this issue will be resolved soon, I know a similar situation happened to a close friend of mine and she was able to get her emails back. Since it has been about a week I was also told that they just might pop back up but they haven't yet
