I noticed that I was not receiving responses to my emails.  After some research I noticed under "account setting" that replies were being

sent to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** versus my yahoo account.  My son had recently set up an xbox live account but none of his passwords worked on this.  So I tried to reset the passwords but the name/phone number that popped up (with xxxxx on part of it) was not mine.  So now I have weeks of emails having been sent to a "live" account that I do not have access to.  No one at Microsoft or Yahoo knows how to help me and I don't know how to access the emails that I've missed.  Nor do I know how it got changed.
