I am not receiving emails from one of my regular contacts.  I have checked my blocked sender list and he is not on that and I have added him to my safe sender list but his emails are still not coming through to my blueyonder.co.uk account.  He has copied these emails to other email addresses I can access and they are received fine and there is nothing wrong with the email address he is using.
