Hi,

I have never asked for help before on Hotmail.  I got my account in 1993 or 1994 when i was a teenager and I have had this account as my main account ever since.

I usually do all my emails on the iPad - at least I have for the last few years. Today I logged in to Hotmail on my work PC for the first time in quite a while and suddenly I notice that all emails before August 12, 2013 have disappeared. (Today is August 19, 2013)  They have also disappeared from the ipad. The emails were there this morning! 

And let's be clear, we are talking about THOUSANDS of emails over a period of close to 20 years! My life is documented on hotmail.

PLEASE HELP!!!
