Unable to receive emails from Asda specifically so I cannot change my password and access Asda for shopping. I have been an Asda online customer 5 years. Tried opening up another live.co account with Asda. Same problem. Their emails do not arrive. Registered with Morrisons.  2 emails sent from Morrisons. Only 1 visible when I logged on, but 2 visible when I logged on from live.co website. Meanwhile Ocado, Tesco and other businesses emails are arriving. Asda technical dept have been unable to resolve the problem. I have cleared all my browsing history on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer as advised but it has made no difference.  I want access to Asda because my guinea pig loves a particular brand of Hay Asda sells very cheaply. Also I hate unsolved computor mysteries!
