I discovered over a year ago that all my saved emails from 1997 through February 2001 have disappeared.  I had emails in that account which were important from family members who are no longer alive that I would pay money to have back.  This is extremely important to me.  After a lot of back and forth with the Microsoft customer service team, this is still unresolved and it has been over a year.  I never deleted them and my account was not hacked.   Something must have happened to the server and I can see I am not the only person with this situation.  I will pay for these emails back if you could locate them.

Please help me!!!
