Emails don’t send

Hi,

For a few months now, I have been unable to send emails from Outlook.com - I get the error 'Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request' when I hit 'send' button. This only affects me when trying to send emails from Outlook.com on computers/laptops/desktop devices in all browsers (Chrome, IE8 and Firefox). This does not happen when I use the mobile app or mobile browser. How can I fix this problem when using desktop Outlook.com?
