I hope someone can help me with this problem. A user using MAC OSX and outlook 2011 moves some mails to a sub-folder and within few seconds in front of his eye's 4 got disappeared from 5 emails moved, . This is happening very often to the user. When did some troubleshooting, found the mails in OWA, recover deleted items. Please help, has anyone faced this issue and found a working fix...
