I've been referred to this site after speaking with your costumer service. My emails have disappeared (without me doing anything) after you've taken over the accounts and instead of hundreds of emails in my inbox, there are only about 10. I've tried recovering them and looked at all the settings you've asked me to. I'd like to know if they are gone for good or if you can restore my account properly.
