I use a Hotmail account and when I send it an email it is received by Outlook.com almost instantly. Excellent.

However I have a client who also has a Hotmail account and emails sent to him from the same source can be delayed somewhere for up to 30 minutes or more before being received. This is not bulk email but single ones. Consequently he gets em,ails sent to him in little clusters throughout the day and not as received.

Can you help get this sorted please?
