I'm using Microsoft Live Mail and Windows 7 and I've recently started having problems with a few emails. They come in like normal, but when I open them they are either blank in the body (and the cursor appears off the screen to the left) or the type is fine, but the next time I open the email, it is blank, or becomes garbled, then disappears before my eyes. There are only a few people that I have this problem with, and most emails come through perfectly. If they send the same email using a mobile device instead, it comes out perfectly. If I access the emails using my tablet (on the web instead of downloaded as my Live Mail does) I can read them fine. But on my work computer, total blank, regardless of which of my email addresses it's sent to. Unfortunately, I've got a magazine I'm starting, and one of the people who will be sending me ads, etc. is one of these people. Why?
