I am using Windows 10, with  window live mail 2012, I have two e-mail accounts, TWC and Hotmail, I have no problem with the Hotmail acc.  With the TWC account I will receive an e-mail 3-4 times even after I have deleted it.  sometimes the whole message will come or I will get the message, message can't be found.   any ideas
