It is not straightforward to use, but when she clicks on the links (thumbnails) in the email it doesn't open up the photos.  She has tried saving them from the links (thumbnails) and then viewing them but they are all blurred.

It is very upsetting as I cannot send her photographs of family events any more, but the silly thing is that I used to be able to just attach them years ago.  We seem to have gone backwards instead of progressing.

Perhaps I should change to another email provider.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way of sending photos on Hotmail before I change to another email address with all the associated inconvenience of letting everyone know?
